PROCESS TIME
The process takes approximately 4-6 weeks, once we receive your payment and flowers.

All Christmas orders need to be place by November 1

I do offer Gift Certificates if you would like to purchase for someone else I can mail them along with a brochure.

RETURNS
This product is hand made and made to order.
I am sorry but I do not give refunds due to the custom nature of this product. I will do my best to get the item the way you want it so please feel free to call or email if there is a problem.

SHIPPING
If petals are dried you can wrap a paper towel around them and place them in an envelope.
If petals are fresh layer petals between dry paper towel and fold the paper towel over and place them in a box or envelope and mail.

Do not use plastic bags of any kind. This will cause mold. I can not use moldy flowers. Left over petals will be discarded.
I will send an email when your flowers arrive and then an email to tell you your jewelry shipped

COLORS:
You may send multiple colors of flowers
Put them in separate envelopes. Let me know if you want the colors mixed or one color each bead
The flowers when dried do vary in color. Red roses dry very dark. White roses will turn somewhat of a yellow. Please be aware color variation is normal.

You may choose the accent colors if you would like to. If you do not have a preferance I will coordinate the colors with your flower colors

WHAT CAN BE NICELY PRESERVED
Whether your flowers are fresh or dry I can work with them even if they are old. Almost all flowers work wonderfully roses, carnations, daisies, lilies, statice, euc chrysanthemums and more.

HOW MANY PETALS DO I NEED?
Each flower will make approximately one bracelet or 4-8 charms
Beads are approximately 10mm

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LENGTH BRACELET OR NECKLACE I NEED?
You can measure your wrist then add 1/2 - 1"
Necklace; send measurement of how long you want the necklace to hang around your neck
